How are we doing?
Innovations
Partnership
The implementation of the latest technologies and scientific research are the only correct way to develop medicine. Similarly in medical education - attractive, up-to-date content can be conveyed more and more easily to a larger audience. We are open to your needs and provide you with knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases.
Despite enormous progress, we still see gaps in the health care system regarding retinal diseases. We believe that the increasing number of tools to prevent blindness could be used even better and access to them should be as wide as possible. Early diagnosis and treatment can preserve vision in most people with age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy or central retinal vein occlusion. Therefore, it is worth reaching every patient at this stage.
Each of us is an experienced retinologist, involved in both daily medical practice and scientific activities. We are the authors of numerous publications in renowned international journals. We participate in the development of guidelines of scientific societies, create ophthalmological atlases and monographs, and participate in the work of international and nationwide teams dedicated to retinal diseases. We organize workshops and conferences. We participate in drug programs related to retinal diseases, both clinically and through cooperation with the National Health Fund in Coordination Teams. We participate in research on new drugs. We cooperate in ophthalmological organizations - the Polish Ophthalmological Society and the Association of Polish Ophthalmic Surgeons. We want to share knowledge and experience.
Why are we involved?
We cooperate with ophthalmologists, doctors of other specialties, optometrists and health care communities in general. Together we learn to better help patients and use available tools to prevent blindness. We believe in cooperation - only joint effort brings the greatest and lasting results.
